Tidewater Hamfest
A regional event put on my Tidewater Radio Conventions Inc.  Held the 3rd Saturday of September every year in Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA DX CENTURY CLUB or VADXCC
A specialty amateur radio club that specializes in distance communication or DX.  Our premise is to make contacts will all Entities (Countries) listed throughout the world by the ARRL by all possible modes and amateur bands.  Meetings held the third Tuesday @ 7:30 @ YNot Italian Rest, Landstown Commons Shopping Ctr, Va Beach

USS Wisconsin Radio Club
A specialty club to promote the Battleship USS Wisconsin BB64 that is at Norfolk's Nauticus Center.  Meetings are held the 2nd Sat of every month @ noon at Gus & George's Resturant on Va Beach Blvd.

Chesapeake Amateur Radio Service or CARS
Cars meets on the 1st Monday of every month at 7:30 at the CARS Shack on Battlefield Blvd near the Locks.  They are a General use ARC founded in 1979.
QCWA - Tidewater Virginia Chapter #119
QCWA is a special club that you must have a amateur license for 25 years to qualify for membership.

Potomac Valley Radio Club or PVRC
PVRC is a specialty club dedicated to Radio Sport or contesting.  Based out of Northern Va it encompasses an area within a 175 mile circle.  Locally it is tied into te VADXCC Club above.


RASON - Radio Amateur Society of Norfolk
A general purpose club in Norfolk, VA
Southern Peninsula Amateur Radio Club
Located in the southern Newport News area

The Albemarle Amateur Radio Society or TAARS
A general purpose club in Northeastern North Carolina that meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM.
